 HelioSage is a solar energy project development firm. The company was founded in 2008 by several of the principals of Greenlight Energy, Inc., a national developer of utility-scale wind energy projects. In 2006, Greenlight was sold to BP Alternative Energy at a time when Greenlight was one of the largest independent wind energy companies in the country, with a 6,000 megawatt development pipeline comprised of large-scale wind energy projects in 15 states.
The HelioSage management team has been responsible for the construction of over 400 megawatts of renewable energy projects. With solar clients in eight states and counting, HelioSage reduces risk and ensures sound investments in both solar electricity and solar energy systems.
